About Us

Ben Jackson and Ben White (as All Star Tennis Ltd., trading as All Star Coaching) manage the Wandsworth Common Tennis Courts and Bowling Green on behalf of Wandsworth Council and have done so for the last ten years. This site is a beautiful place in an area which is safe and welcoming for families.

Our aim is make tennis and bowls available and enjoyable to anyone who wishes to play and we are proud of our team of coaches and staff who subscribe to our philosophy. Customer service is paramount to us and we are always pleased to have feedback of any kind from our players. We aim to offer Pay and Play tennis alongside quality tennis coaching and many of our players, both juniors and adults, have been with us since the start and continue as social players. The volunteer Junior Tennis Assistant post we have for the 14 plus age group sees many of the graduates of past Junior courses come along to help us and continue their interest in the game.

We are registered with the LTA as Wandsworth Common Tennis and are a Clubmark and Beacon site. We work closely with the LTA to ensure that we deliver a full range of inclusive tennis programmes, for all ages and abilities, to their guidelines.

Working with local schools, we identify children who may benefit from our All Star Youth Tennis Scholarship Trust which is generously supported by the Wandsworth Common community and enables us to offer grants to support talented young players. Children with disabilities are warmly welcomed into the mainstream courses whenever it is practicable to do so.
