MORNINGS TERM TIMEWandsworth Common Thursday 28th February to 12th December term-time, Level 3 from 9.30 to 11am. Level 2 from 11am to 12.30 pm, social doubles, singles, drills and coaching £9 per session (£7.50 for players with All Star tennis/Wandsworth Council Membership) No booking required. |
EVENINGS AND WEEKENDSWandsworth Common Saturday 1 – 4 pm November to March and from 2 – 5 pm April to October (changes with British Summer Time) – for Level 2/3 players - social doubles, singles and drills, £15 per session (£13 Advantage Card).Booking essential from 9am on the morning of play. Monday 13th May to 2nd September 7 to 9pm for Level 2/3 players, £12 per session (£10 with Advantage Card).Booking in the previous week at the Tennis Centre Office or by phone essential (020 8871 4706). If unable to play, please cancel by 5pm or be liable for the fee. Leaders Gardens Tuesday evening level 2 and 3 Starts £10 with Advantage Card £12 with out. King Georges Park Wednesday evenings 7 to 9pm level 2 and 3 Starts 1st May to 4th September £10 with Advantage Card £12 with out. Weekend Drop in – £12 Starts 14th and 15th April Saturday - Beginner 2-4 has been cancelled - Intermediate/Advanced 3-5pm Sunday - Beginner/Improver 1-3pm - Intermediate/Advanced 2-4pm Tooting Common Wednesday evenings 7 to 9pm level 2 and 3 Starts 8th May to 4th September £10 with Advantage Card £12 with out. Level 1 players with little, or no, tennis experience may like to try our Courses, KGP weekend drop in, Cardio Tennis or individual Lessons as we are not able to offer a playing session at this level. Level 2 players have a sound tennis background, can play, sustain a rally, and score. By playing socially you can explore effective techniques and develop confidence in playing points. Level 3 are for the more competent players with match play experience. While having fun you could also develop your tactical awareness, physical fitness and mental focus, with drills and match play.
